- Pearl Gladys McCuiston, 91, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, Nov. 8, 2020, at Life Care Center of Rhea County. She was born on May 10, 1929, in Evensville to the late William and Gladys Crow Tennyson. Pearl was also preceded in death by her husband, Darius Evel McCuiston; and sister, Mildred Kaminski.
Pearl lived in Rhea County all her life, and enjoyed baking and cooking.
She is survived by her four sons, Robert McCuiston of Dayton, Jerry (Jennifer) McCuiston of Dayton, Darius Jr. (LuAnn) McCuiston of Soddy-Daisy, Tenn., and Tony (Debby) McCuiston of Dayton; daughter, Sue (Roger) Moore of Graysville; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, James (Ruth) Tennyson of Graysville; and sister, Edna Gladish of Dayton.
A graveside funeral service for Pearl will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 13, 2020, at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Dr. Ray Legg officiating.
