- McQuiston- Marion Rosaire of Suwanee Georgia passed away peacefully on July 3, 2023 age 97.
Born in Yonkers, NY she attended Blessed Sacrament Academy and was a graduate of Wood Secretarial School. She worked for Blue Cross/Blue Shield NYC as an Administrative Assistant to the Vice President in charge of hospitals.
In 1948 Marion married the love of her life, Jim. They met at a dance in NYC after Jim had served in the Navy during WWII. They moved to Closter NJ and for 54 years and raised three children.
Marion was a homemaker and she also worked as support staff for Tenakill and Hillside Elementary Schools in Closter. She attended St. Mary's R.C. Church, was a member of The Alter Rosary Society and a member of Mr and Mrs Club. She enjoyed reading, indoor and outdoor activities and travel. Marion thoroughly loved to visit and have fun with family and friends. After her husband Jim's passing Marion moved to Fox Hills in Rockaway NJ for 9 years and then to Johns Creek and Suwanee Ga. for 9 years.
She is survived by her three children, Makala Mcquiston Zollo and husband Kenneth of Ringwood NJ; Magan Bissonnette and husband Richard of Inlet Beach Fl., grandchildren, David, Stephen, Blake, greatgrandchildren, Ella, Erin, Paxton Ryan Matthew; Maleen Baurhenn and husband Stephen of Sparta NJ, grandchildren, Katie, Heather, Scott, greatgrandchild Nina.
Marion was an eternal optimist, who was young at heart. She always had a smile and was kind and supportive. She had a zest for life and will be greatly missed. Marion would like you to remember all the good times you spent with her in sincere friendship.

A memorial service will be held at St Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church, at 4633 Shiloh Rd, Cumming, GA 30076, on Friday, July 14th, 2023, at 11:00am.
