      Hobart Robert McChristian, 83, died May 14, 1984, at his home near Witter. He was born Nov. 25, 1900 at Wesley, the son of George and Viola Eubanks McChristian. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
      Survivors include one son, Robert McChristian of Fayetteville; four daughters, Ora Maggard, Witter, Ruby Gilbert, Cleta Leichner and Faye Robbins all of Fayetteville; one brother, Noble McChristian of Wesley, three sisters, Myrtle Dorsey, Caldwell, Idaho, Annie Johnson, Springdale and Minnie Dailey, Branch; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
      Funeral services will be Thursday, May 17 at 4:00 p.m. at Brashears Chapel with C.J. Jackson, minister, officiating. Burial will be in Bohannan Cemetery.
      Pallbearers will be Charlie McChristian, Charles McChristian, Gleason Lawson, Earl Jordon, Bill Johnson, Mike Watkins.
