Tyron County, North Carolina

Notes:
Tyron County, North Carolina was abolished in 779, and Lincoln and Rutherford counties were formed from it.

Tyron county borders were the Catawba River on the east, Granville's line to the North, and the Cherokee boundary to the west. The southern boundary was not well defined since the border between North and South Carolina was not well established.
