      Ruth Ann McQuiston Lunsford

      RICHMOND, Ind. - Ruth Ann McQuiston Lunsford, age 90, of Richmond, died Monday, August 10, 2015, at Reid Health.
      Born December 1, 1924, in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, to George and Esther Lear McQuiston, Ruth lived most of her life in Richmond. She was a 1942 graduate of Springdale High School in Pennsylvania. Ruth enjoyed watching NASCAR, working puzzles, and playing bridge.
      Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Charles A. Lunsford of Richmond; daughter, Lisa (Michael Williams) Hubbell of North Carolina; son, Michael A. Lunsford of Eaton, Ohio; daughter-in-law, Pam Lunsford of Richmond; grandchildren, Ian Lunsford of Florida, Brad Lunsford of Richmond, and Valerie Hubbell of North Carolina; brother, James McQuiston of Florida; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends, especially her bridge club friends.
      She was preceded in death by her son, Charles Patrick Lunsford; parents; and brother, Dr. George McQuiston.
      Private services for Ruth Ann McQuiston Lunsford will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
