      Ada, OK - Eugene Phillip McCuistion, Sr., 78 of Ada, OK - who was born January 31, 1940 - has passed, and is in the loving arms of Jesus Christ, his Lord. The former Marine and Father is survived by his son, Phil McCuistion, Jr. and wife Janet of Minneapolis, MN; Daughter Lori McCuistion-Schoen and husband Mark of Reno, NV; and, Daughter Vicki Jo McCuistion of Sparks, NV. "Gene" loved his grandchildren Kyle and Riley Schoen, Mairin and Gillian McCuistion, and Brenna McCuistion, dearly. His beloved surviving siblings, nieces, nephews, and great-grand nieces and nephews will all miss him dearly. There was a private family service led by Vance Smith at the Stratford, OK Church of Christ on Sunday, May 6, 2018. Published in Reno Gazette-Journal on May 10, 2018

      Shirley Ann McCuistion Lusk of Waxahachie was born July 6, 1937 in Asher, Oklahoma to O.A. & Mattie (Baldwin) McCuistion. She passed from this life August 25, 2013. Shirley retired after 20 years from Cedar Valley Community College. Shirley was preceded in death by parents; husband Walter Samuel Lusk; grandson Derek Cline. She is survived by daughter Cheryl McMullan & husband Dennis; sons Dwayne Lusk & wife Cindy, Steve Lusk & wife Vickie; grandchildren Jordan McMullan & wife Amanda, Whitney McMullan, Scott Thomas & wife Aimee, Kevin Cline, Nikki Cline; great grandchildren Preston, Landon, Drake; brothers Jimmy McCuistion, Gene McCuistion, Jerry McCuistion, Paul McCuistion; sisters Darla Smith, Ruth Corbett, Emma Dahlman. Visitation Tuesday from 4-6 pm at Byrum Funeral Home. Funeral Service Wednesday 9:30 am at Brown Street Church of Christ - Waxahachie, TX. Interment in Edgewood Cemetery.
