Notes - Durwood J. McQuestion spells his name with an 'e' instead of 'i' because he discovered it was that way on his birth certificate so he thought he had to spell it that way. It was spelled that way on his sister Marguerite McQuistion Engstrom's certificate, also, but since she was married when the discovery was made, she did not have the necessary changes made. His brother Arnold states it was spelled correctly on his birth certificate.
