She is survived by her loving husband, Pat McCuistion; son, Fred (Christine Sanz) Massoomi; siblings, Victor, Rebecca, Leo (Janeine), Sandy, Carlos, and Linda; and 2 grand-dogs, Ransom and Butters. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Phoenix Home Care & Hospice.
