- Marion Brozosky Obituary
Marion L. Brozosky, 84, formerly of White Oak, died peacefully Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014, at Shell Point Hospice in Fort Myers, Fla. She was born in Vandergrift but later moved to White Oak. She graduated from McKeesport Area High School in 1948. She was employed by U.S. Steel and GC Murphy Co. Marion served as a deacon and active member of Immanuel United Presbyterian Church in McKeesport. She was a widow of both David W. Rollason, of McKeesport, and Edward J. Brozosky, of Duquesne. She had three children, Kathleen Rollason, of Annapolis, Md., Edward J. Brozosky and his wife, Lee Ann Jacobs, of Fort Myers, Fla., and Mary McNamee, of White Oak. She is also survived by her sister, Shirley Turocy, of White Oak; her aunt, Lois Treese, of Cherry Tree; and her beloved grandson, Samuel J. Vlastos, of White Oak; along with many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother, Alice O'Harrah McQuiston and her father, Dale Dougherty McQuiston; along with siblings, Harold McQuiston and Mildred Miller, all from Fort Myers. A celebration of her life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014, at the Jefferson Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Shell Point Hospice in Fort Myers.
