Clarence Larmie Keller, aka Harry O, Larry, Wimpy, C.K., and many more names, but all to the same wonderful man, died Monday, Oct. 21, 2013, in Lewistown in the State Care Center after battling numerous complications with Alzheimer's. Clarence was born on March 10, 1935, to Clarence and Methel Keller, formerly of Sidney. He was the oldest of five children.

He lived in the Sidney area until joining U.S. Marine Corps. He returned to Sidney and married Mary Dotson from Lambert. They had five children, Peggy, Milly, Jim, Joni and Christy. Clarence never let the grass grow under his feet and moved quite a bit to pursue his dream of making the millions.

Whoever met Clarence knew he was friendly to anyone and willing to give you the shirt off his back. He was inventive with what he built or created.

His wife, Mary, died in February 1993 after a short battle with cancer. Clarence's heart was torn, but he continued on living and meeting new friends. He later met and married Beverly LaBelle. They lived in Mesquite, Nev., before moving back to Libby. After their return, Clarence began his long battle with diabetes and Alzheimer's.

His wife, Mary; parents, Methel and Clarence; two brothers, Steve and Dean Keller; grandson, Robert Vennes; and granddaughter, Heidi Heidlebaugh, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his brother, Olen (Donna) Keller of Libby; sister, Lorna Edeburn of Sidney; daughter, Peggy Vennes of Libby; daughter, Milly (Wes) Heidlebaugh of Faith, S.D.; son, Jim (Niomi) Keller of Elgin, N.D.; daughter, Joni (Jeff) Mullin of Cornelius, Ore.; daughter, Christy Keller of Covington, Wash., wife, Beverly Keller of Libby, and 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at the Assembly of God Church.

Burial will follow at the Milnor Lake Cemetery. Reception will follow in the Wilkinson Hall. Arrangements are by Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home in Libby.
