Craig Seibert McCuistion Sr. passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday February 21, 2018 surrounded by his loved ones.
Craig was born June 22, 1938 in Cushing, Oaklahoma to Alvin and Jane McCuistion. He met his longtime sweetheart Trudy Stumpf in Kellogg, Idaho and married her in July of 1971. He worked at Bunker Hill as a miner until they shut down in 1983 and then moved to Moses Lake, Washington where he resided for the remainder of his life. Craig enjoyed hunting and fishing with his son and grandsons. He also enjoyed working in his garden and took pride in having one of the best gardens in the neighborhood.
Craig is survived by his wife Trudy McCuistion, his sister Sandra Chaffee (Lon), son Craig McCuistion Jr. (Christene), daughters Alice Cahoon (Bruce), Rebecca Philen (Doug), Kathy Fear and Bonnie Brennan (John) as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Craig was preceded in death by his parents Alvin and Jane McCuistion. A celebration of life for Craig will be held on Friday, March 2nd, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Kayser’s Chapel & Crematory 831 S Pioneer Way in Moses Lake, WA 98837.
