      Billy Lynn Rouse, 79, of Prairie Grove, went to be with Jesus on May 24, 2010.
      He was born Oct. 8, 1930, at Prairie Grove, the son of Lloyd and Bernice Terpening Rouse. He was preceded in death by his parents and his loving wife of 56 years, Christine.
      Lynn served his country for four years in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was a farmer all his life and left this world doing what he loved to do — working on the farm.
      He was a member of Farmington Church of Christ. He also enjoyed Bible study with the Life Group at Prairie Grove Christian Church.
      Lynn is survived by two sisters-in-law, Helen Gray, of Farmington, and Becky Waldren, of Fayetteville; two brothers-in-law, Bill McChristian and wife, Freda, of Liberty City, Texas, and Bob McChristian, of Midwest City, Okla.; 13 nieces and nephews; 11 great-nieces and nephews; and several great-great-nieces and nephews.
      He was loved and respected by his family, friends and neighbors.
      Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 27, at the Farmington Church of Christ. Officiating will be Larry Krudwig.
      Burial was in Farmington Cemetery, under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
      Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. today at Moore's Chapel.
      In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Little O' Oprey, 691 McKnight, West Fork, AR 72774.
      Lynn loved country music and enjoyed going to the Oprey.

      Christine Rouse, 83, of Prairie Grove, went to be with Jesus Monday, January 4, 2010.
      She was born April 25, 1926 at Fayetteville, the daughter of Francis Berry & Lula May McCawley McChristian. 
      She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Doris Thomas & a brother, Richard McChristian.
      Chris graduated from Fayetteville Business College and worked as a bookkeeper for Wester Motor Company and Kelly Brothers Lumber Company. She also worked side by side with her husband, Lynn on their farm in Prairie Grove (milking cows, growing chickens, hauling hay) and many other chores. They truly lived their 56 years together as partners in everything. She was a member of Prairie Grove Christian Church, she loved reading and studying the Bible and was proud of the fact that she had read her Bible again from cover to cover in 2009. She was ready to go and be with Jesus.
      She is survived by: Her husband of 56 years: Lynn Rouse
      Two sisters: Helen Gray of Farmington Becky Waldren of Fayetteville
      Two brothers: Bob McChristian of Midwest City, OK Bill McChristian & his wife Freda of Liberty City, TX
      "Aunt Chrissy" is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, 11 great- nieces and nephews and several great-great-nieces and nephews
      Funeral service was held Thursday, January 7 at Moore's Chapel. Pastor Vance Eubanks officated the service. Burial was in Farmington Cemetery.
