      Lee Anne Schafer, 46, of Dayton, died Sunday, July 31, 2016.
      Lee Anne was a lifelong resident of Rhea County.
      She was preceded in death by her father, Bertram McCuiston III, papaw, Arnold Wilkey, granny, Mary Lee Miller; grandmother, Ruth McCuiston; and daughter, Madison Schafer.
      Survivors include her husband, James Schafer; mother, Leslie McCuiston; daughter, Maci Schafer; and sister, Susie Fay (Ray) Price; all of Dayton; brother, Bertram (Kristy) McCusiton IV, of Evensville; aunts, Susie Johnston, of Graysville, Teri Hartman, of Spring City, and Andrea McCusiton, Janine Shopshear, Janice McCuiston, Tottie McCusiton, Lori McCuiston and Donna McCuistion, all of Michigan; uncles, Carl (Betty) McCuiston; Dan (Melissa) McCuiston, and Eric (Kim) McCuiston, all of Michigan; paternal grandfather, Bertram McCuiston Jr.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
      Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 5, 2016, in the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Bert Beria officiating.  Burial will be at Cove Cemetery.
      The family will receive friends Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016, from 4 to 9 p.m.
