Linda (McCuistion) Matney April 19, 1944 - Feb. 19, 2018 Mrs. Matney died peacefully in Fairfield on Feb. 19, with her daughters by her side. She was 73. Mrs. Matney was born in Vallejo to her parents, S.V. "Mac" and Irene McCuistion. She graduated from Vallejo High School in 1962. She married William Matney in 1963. She was active in the Vallejo Lioness Club, Jobs Daughters, Steffan Manor PTA, Camp Fire Girls and Bluebirds. Mrs. Matney is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Tom Metro; her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Brent Goodman; her daughter and son-in-law, Billie and Rick Isi; her sister, Carol Creasy; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, William, and her parents. Mrs. Matney will be interned in a private ceremony on March 5.
