      Obituary:

      Robert McQuiston, 62, of Erie St. Edinburg, Pa. passed away January 29, 2014 at Jameson Hospital. Born on July 23, 1951 in Youngstown, OH, Robert was the son of the late Robert L. and Verna McQuiston.

      Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces. In earlier years he had worked as a welder. He enjoyed traveling and was a motorcycle enthusiast.

      Survivors include his children, Jessica McQuiston of Edinburg; Ralph McQuiston of South Carolina; his sister, Elaine Lamoree and husband Thomas of New Castle and four grandchildren.

      In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Robert McQuiston, Jr.

      Private services were held at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S. Mill St.

      Jessica L. McQuiston, age 28, of Erie, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016. She was born in Erie on February 5, 1988. 
      Jessica graduated from high school in New Castle, Pa., before returning to Erie. She has been employed a waitress at Perkin's Restaurant on Buffalo Rd. 
      She was preceded in death by her father, Robert McQuiston and two brothers, Robert and Ralph McQuiston.
      Jessica is survived by her two daughters, whom she loved dearly, Arianna and Averionna; her mother and step-father, Kimberly and Walter Walczak; her sister, Julie Burgos (Andy), her brother, Kenneth Hinkler ; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. 
      Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, 2607 Buffalo Rd., on Tuesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A private interment will be held. Contributions may be to the family through the funeral home.
