- William Wayne “Buco” McQuiston Jr., 34, of Coral, passed away Monday, July 9, 2012, after a courageous battle with cancer.
The son of William and Donna (Bailey) McQuiston Sr., he was born Dec. 1, 1977, in Indiana.
Bill was a graduate of Homer-Center High School, class of 1996. He had been employed by Center Township. Bill was a member of the Coral-Graceton Sportsmen’s Club. His interests included riding his Harley, hunting, fishing and camping, mowing grass, working on cars and most of all, spending time with his wife and three children.
Surviving are his wife, Jennifer (Fisher) McQuiston, whom he wed July 24, 1999, and their children Zachary, Desiree and Chad; his parents William and Donna McQuiston Sr., Homer City; Jennifer’s parents Rich and Diane (Bothell) Fisher, Rochester Mills; sisters Jamie McQuiston, Homer City; Tammy Housholder and husband Matt, Coral; a brother, Rick McQuiston and significant other Tracey Carnahan, Shelocta; sister-in-law Tonya Fisher and significant other Raymond Bowser, Lucernemines; brothers-in-law Robert Fisher and wife Julia, Indiana; and Steve Fisher and significant other Stephanie Rankin, Punxsutawney; nieces Tristen, Alexis and Emily; nephews Tyler, Cody and Dylan; special friends Paul, Stacey, Candy, Leroy, Erica, Darla, Jeff, Tim, Donna, Timmy, Buzzie, Andrew and many other friends.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, Indiana, with funeral service being conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in the Lefdahl Chapel. Interment will be private.
