eslie A. McQuiston, age 62 of Hamilton, passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at Fort Hamilton Hospital. She was born on December 25, 1956 in Hamilton, the daughter of the late Richard and Marveen “Bunny” (Walker) Nevel. On August 13, 1994, Leslie married her husband Edgar Clayton McQuiston, who preceded her in death on November 18, 2004. She was a nurse for many years and a member of The Presbyterian Church. Leslie is survived by her son, Ryan McQuiston; brother, Lynn Nevel; and very good friend, Michaelene Byrd. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Visitation will be held from 11am until 1pm on Monday, September 30, 2019 at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South “D” Street, Hamilton. Funeral Service will be held at 1pm on Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Dr. John Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.

Edgar C. McQuiston
Edgar C. McQuiston, age 59, of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Nov. 18, 2004, at Fort Hamilton Hospital.
Born in Hamilton on July 30, 1945, he was the son of the late Hubert and Hilda (Inman) McQuiston. He was a 1963 graduate of Shawnee High School in Camden, Ohio, and attended Miami University. On Aug. 13, 1994, Ed married Leslie Nevel. He was the owner of McQuiston Insurance for over 20 years.
Ed was a member of the Presbyterian Church, a U.S. Navy veteran, serving during the Vietnam War, a member and past president of Kiwanis, a member of the Professional Insurance Association, National Association of Life Underwriters, Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, AMVETS and the Elks. Ed was a coin collector, enjoyed golfing and all sports. He also enjoyed reading.
Ed is survived by his wife, Leslie McQuiston; son, Ryan Thomas McQuiston, both of Hamilton; brothers, Tom McQuiston and his wife Karen of Camden, Ohio, Gary McQuiston of Morning Sun, Ohio, and Rick McQuiston and his wife Judy of Camden, Ohio; sister, Jetta McQuiston of Camden, Ohio; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be held at Webb Noonan Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South D Street, Hamilton, on Monday, Nov. 22, 2004, at 10 a.m., with Dr. John Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3-5 p.m. at the funeral home.
