Ruth A. McQuiston
Mrs. Ruth A. McQuiston, 85, of 896 Squaw Run Rd., Wayne Township, passed away at her residence on Sunday, December 13, 2009 at 1115 p.m.
Ruth was born on June 17, 1924, in Butler to the late William Watson and Anna Hahn Watson. She graduated from Butler High School in 1942 and was a member of the Holy Redeemer Church. Ruth was a homemaker who loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving are five daughters and four sons-in-law, Karen and Ed Albert of Butler, Linda Goodman of Boardman OH, Lisa and Bud Czerpak of Ellwood City, Shirley and Mike Polansky of Wayne Township, and Patricia and Bud Story of Vero Beach, FL; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dell and Sharon McQuiston of Wayne Township, and John and Caprielle of Chino Valley AR; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and one brother, Chuck Watson of Wayne Township.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Norman W. McQuiston, whom she married on August 28, 1954, and passed away on March 28, 2003; one son, Norman McQuiston, in 2006; a sister, Rita Bleakney, and two brothers, Bill and Dave Watson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the SAMUEL TEOLIS FUNERAL HOME INC., 309 Spring Ave., Ellwood City. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Holy Redeemer Church with Father Lou Pascazi officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Hope Cemetery. Those attending the funeral mass are asked to meet at the funeral home on Thursday by 920 a.m. as the procession to church will begin to leave at 930 a.m.

Sharon Rae McQuiston, 65, of 941 Squaw Run Road, Wayne Township, passed away in her residence on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 850 a.m.
She was born on December 29, 1944, in Gary, Indiana, to Donald and Norma Downey Grant. Sharon retired from the Franklin Township Recycling Center and was a member of Bell Memorial Church. A 1962 graduate of Lincoln High School, Sharon joined the Air Force after graduation and served as a medical aide. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, shooting, reading, shooting pool, and spending time with her pets.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Dell McQuiston, whom she married on March 27, 1976; her mother, Norma Maloney of Ellwood City; her daughter, Suzanne Cochran of Columbus, OH, and a sister, Bobbie Hrabosky of Ellwood City.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Grant; her stepfather, Red Maloney, and a son, David.
