      Donna F. Rand, age 64, of Benton, passed away Monday, July 25, 2011. She was born October 30, 1946 in Batesville, Arkansas. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Verna Hames and a brother, Orvis Hames.
      She is survived by her husband, Alvin Leon Rand of Benton; son, Charles Spencer, Jr. and wife Patricia of Benton; brother, Howard Hames of Alabama and three grandchildren.
      Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 27 at Ashby Funeral Home.
      The family will have a private burial service.
