Kathryn Amelia McCuiston
83, of Emmett Township, died Thursday, December 10, 2020, at home.
She was born April 27, 1937, in Mikado, MI the daughter of the late Walter and Helen (Stewart) McGillis.
Kathryn was a lifelong homemaker and enjoyed crafts, baking her famous cinnamon rolls, gardening, rides in the country, watching professional wrestling, watching races at the former Mt. Clemens Race Track and attending pow wows.
Surviving are her five children, Cindy Mayer (Charles Johnson) of Emmett, Penny McCuiston of Shelby Twp., Bucky (Darlene) McCuiston of Richmond, Sheryl McCuiston of Fennville and Dawn McCuiston of Clinton Twp.; 10 grandchildren, Melissa (Edward) Terry, John Mayer (Jessica Blackburn), Keith Nemith, Katrina Stough, Alicia Campbell, Clifford Guillion, Amy McCuiston, Marcie Mayer, Michael McCuiston and Julie McCuiston, eleven great-grandchildren, Madison, Liam, Raven and Mavis Stough, Ashley, Joey and Evan Nemith, Joshua and John Mayer and Ryley, Jamison and Emery Campbell; siblings, Henry and Carl McGillis and Helen Mitchell and several nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother Richard McGillis.
