      EUNICE EARNESTINE McQUISTON
      Eunice EarnestineMcQuiston, 73, of Monticello, died March 4, 1998, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
      Born September 23, 1924, in Drew County, she was a daughter of the late W.D. Cater and Ottie Rae Hoover.
      She was a homemaker and a member of Old Union Baptist Church.
      Survivors include her husband, William McQuiston; four daughters, Joy Atanasoff of New Mexico and Ethel Mae Martin, Earnestine Colburn and Mary Jane Walters, all of Monticello; two brothers, Cal Cater and Otis "Buddy" Cater, both of Monticello; seven sisters, Grace Cater, Lillie Cater and Lovenner White, all of Monticello, Bessie Cox of Warren, Evelyn Truman and Mary Sanders, both of Pine Bluff, and Clara Dell Walters of Texarkana; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
      Funeral services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Griffith officiating. Burial will be in Old Union Cemetery.
