I, Carrie D. McCuiston, of the aforesaid County and State, being of sound mind, and considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence, do make and declare this my Last Will and Testament:
FIRST - My Executors hereinafter named shall give my body a decent burial suitable to the wishes of my friends and relatives, and pay all Funeral expanses, together with all my just debts, out of the first money which may come into their hands belonging to my estate.
SECOND - I give and bequeath to my nephew, Robert E. McCuiston, and my niece, Mrs. Kate McCuiston Wall, my household and kitchen furniture, and my personal belongings, to be divided between them as they may see fit.
THIRD - My will and desire is that all the residue of my estate, including the tract of land upon which I reside, and any money which I may have in the Bank, and all other property of whatever kind or nature, real, personal and mixed, after paying my debts and funeral expenses, as hereinbefore provided, and after taking out the legacies to my nephew and niece aforesaid, shall be and become the property of my beloved brother, R. F. McCuiston, to be his in absolute fee simple forever.
FOURTH - I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved nephew and niece aforesaid, to-wit- Robt. E. McCuiston and Kate McCuiston WAll, my lawful Executor and Executrix, and to all intent and purposes to execute this my Last Will and Testament, according to the true intent and meaning of the same, and every part and clause thereof - hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made.
