Davidson bearing date of 25th of October 1851 to Samuel B. McCuistion, for one half of a League of land situated in Anderson County in the State of Texas, was brought into Court and the execution thereof duly proven in open court by the oaths of Robert B. Davidson and Jas. H. Neil subscribing thereonto..." On 24 August 1860 he was a farmer in Anderson County, Texas.322 He died before 1870 at the age of 62 in Anderson County, Texas.323 The children lived in the home of Mary's brother, Benjamin Franklin Reagor, in adjoining Henderson County, Texas. She has reference number RM 4193. According to the 1850 census report, Sixth Civil District of Bedford County, Tennessee, Samuel and Mary didn't have any children; however, Mary's yougest brother, Levi S. (Shook) Reagor, age seven was living with them. Mary and Levi's parents had apparently died before 1849. Mary's age was listed as 26 in 1850.
