I, JOSEPHINE D. BUNCH, of the aforesaid County and State, being of sound mind, but considering the uncenrtainty of my earthly existence, do make and declare this my last will and testament:

FIRST: My executor her inafter named shall give my body a decent burial, suitable to the wishes of my friends and relatives, and pay all funeral expenses, together with allmy just debts, out of the first moneys which may come into my hands belonging to my estate.

SECOND: I give and devise to my beloved cousin, Carrie McCuiston, any household and kitchen furniture which I may have at the time of my death; also my personal belongings.

THIRD: My will and desire is that all the residue of my estate, the same consisting of real estate, money in bank or on hand, or anyother property whatsoever, shall be divided into three equal parts; one part to be the property in fee simple of the heirs at law of my deceased sister, Mary Welborn, share and share alike, per stirpes; one part to be pthe property in fee simple of the heirs at law of my deceased brother, Daniel Dennis, share and share alike, per stirpes; and one part to be the property in fee simple of my cousins, Robert F. McCuiston and Carrie McCuiston, share and share alike.

FOURTH: I hereby constitute and appoint Thos. C. Hoyle, my lawful executor to all intents and purposes, to execute this my last will and testament, accoridng to the true intent and meaning of the same, and every part and clause thereof - hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made.
